OUR HISTORY
Vald Staffing was born in one of the most uncertain moments in recent history—on March 20, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. While much of the world was slowing down, we saw a different path forward: an opportunity to build something meaningful, to support businesses in need, and to create jobs when people needed them most.
What started in the basement of a home was not just a business—it was a vision fueled by resilience, urgency, and purpose.
Within three months, that vision outgrew its first space. Our first official office opened in Rahway, New Jersey, marking the beginning of a journey defined by momentum and trust. As demand surged, we expanded into Perth Amboy, where we quickly grew to support 10 clients and a workforce of nearly 300 employees. The need was real—and we were ready to meet it.
Growth didn’t slow down. It accelerated.
New offices in New Brunswick and Elizabeth followed, each one strengthening our ability to serve, respond, and deliver. By 2022, we took a bold step forward, expanding operations into California with four new clients—proving that our model, our people, and our commitment could scale beyond state lines.
Then came a defining milestone.
In September 2024, Vald Staffing acquired its first building, establishing our headquarters in Woodbridge, New Jersey. What began in a basement had become a cornerstone—built not just with ambition, but with hard work, trust, and the dedication of every person who believed in our mission.
Today, Vald Staffing stands as one of the most trusted staffing partners across New Jersey, California, Illinois, Georgia, Texas, and Florida. With more than 1,500 employees, we continue to grow—but we haven’t forgotten where we started.
Because at our core, we are still driven by the same purpose:
