What you will do
Daily Responsibilities
Make outbound daily calls
Contact potential clients daily to introduce our staffing services and schedule appointments.
Perform daily follow-ups
Follow up with potential clients to maintain communication and increase appointment opportunities.
Submit reports
Provide daily updates on calls, follow-ups, and appointment-setting activity.
Attend weekly meetings
Participate in team meetings to review performance, goals, and weekly strategies.

Who are we looking for?
Strong communication skills
Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently with potential clients.
Confidence on calls
Speak with assurance and professionalism when engaging with potential clients.
Discipline working remotely
Stay consistent, organized, and productive while working independently from home.
Bilingual (English - Spanish)
Ability to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage for this role.
Cold Calls
